I can’t see or track any of my purchases on the app.

What happens in the app when you go to your Purchases? Do you see anything at all?

Are you able to see your Purchase History using a browser on your phone?

Are you sure you are signed in to the same account? Check your messages or feedback to make sure those appear correctly.

I have seen posts that seem to indicate that some users with many purchases in a sort amount of time have problems seeing purchases using the eBay app -- in that case, using a browser to view your purchases may be a workaround.

I see the same issue. When i go to some product , ( not mine ) - and i try to see how many he sold.... i just see how many he sold total, I cant click on it, and see how many he sold today, yesterday , or day before....

Have you lost any money, the pay outs? I have received none in my bank and its been at least 8 days since I received a message from ebay saying pay out was sent. Unalbe to contact ebay .
