I was trying to list my ps5 up for sale and I keep getting a listing error, I would like to know why this Is happening

It says I can only post one ps5 a week, but I never posted one. It also says unverified accounts and accounts not meeting the minimum performance standards. Im pretty sure my account is verified, and Im pretty such I meet the standards
