Promoted Listings Not Working

I recently saw that I am able to “Promote Listing,” but when I click promote listing now it just looks like it’s loading for a few seconds and then says “nothing to show here.” What do I do to actually make use of this feature?

Hi @drpsestatesales , we looked into your account and didn't find any bugs or issues. It looks as though you were successfully able to start a promoted listings campaign last week. Are you still experiencing any issues at this time?
