Promote Listings Tool Not Working

I have recently been granted the ability to promote listings on eBay. 

Except that nothing happens when I attempt to do so - neither on Mobile or Desktop.

On mobile, when selecting ‘Promote Listing’, a loading wheel spins for 5 seconds before a message stating, “There is nothing to see here” appears. 

I have tried many solutions such as:

- Signing out and signing back in and trying

- Selecting various ad rates

- Trying with different listings

I’ve contacted customer service but the reps seemed confused.

I was only told that I did have the ability to promote and that there’s no issue on eBay’s system’s end. 

.....so is this just something I wait out?

Hi @xcastiell we looked into your account and didn't find any issues. It looks as though you were successfully able to start a Promoted Listings campaign on May 11. Are you still experiencing any issues at this time?

I am having issues with my promoted listings as well. I promote all my listings but when I try to search the items to check, there’s nothing showing that the items are being promoted. I checked my promotion impressions and they’re down 99%. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Can you please help me? I have spoken to several reps and supervisors who acknowledge there’s an issue but have no solution to fix this.. I am a top rated seller plus and I would like to promote my items

I have also noticed that my ability to promote listings has disappeared on my eBay account trying it with my new iPhone. I have been promoting listings before, but now the option is gone and I’m unable to promote listings and some of my items don’t get any views at all
