Why can I not change my profile picture on a android phone? It will not let me via app nor www.com. from what I have read online is that you can only change it from a desktop. If this is true, that is totally unfair to sellers like myself, who don't own a desktop! I would prefer my store to have a emblem or design to represent itself and entice the customer, as opposed to a "didnt attend school on picture day" pic🤦
Please address this simple issue for And

It can be done, here's how.
Open google and start a new icognito tab.
Log into ebay.com
Go to the bottom and click on "classic site"
Go to any of your listing and click on your feedback profile
Click on your profile pic
The edit profile button will appear

Not on LG. I spent almost 3 hours trying every option possible, so congratulations to you sir! I even uninstalled eBay, got on www and everytime you hit My eBay it repeats the same page to press My eBay again. Finally got access to a desktop and did it in two seconds. Why is it not possible to be that easy on a phone??? This app has been here how many years??? And I can't add a profile pic??? Can't say eBay doesnt have the $ to do it. Soooooo...........whats up eBay?

I'm using an LG too. A moot point since you solved it by using a desktop but if you are hitting My Ebay, yes, it will loop to the same website. That's why you have to go into one of your items you are selling and click on your profile name as instructed by going to the selling page.
Clearly you didn't read my instructions...

Changing your profile can be done on a mobile phone using a browser in desktop mode.
Note that you may have to sign out of the community discussion boards to see the change reflected.

Clearly I didn't give a **bleep** w your **bleep** reply. Clearly you didnt pay attention to me addressing a simple request to eBay not instructions on how to worm through **bleep** to do a simple task. Clearly you should not be a d**k next time w your "clearly" **bleep**...........
