lately I’ve been having problems to pay with PayPal even though I’m a recognized user

what do you suggest to do?

Is it possible that you do not have enough funds in your PayPal account to cover your purchase?

Check with the seller to make sure things are good on their end. Then you can check with your bank and PayPal to see if they can tell what is going on with the transaction.
