Problem with site

I’m having problems when I try to bid or make an offer it tells me that the site will only Allow me to beer or make offers only once and I can update by verify myself

Without more information we can't help. We are not eBay, we are buyers and sellers. Ebay will not see this. We can not see your personal account information. You must be missing something like linked to Pay-Pal or other payment account. Did you receive a notice that you need to add or correct some information?
