Dear eBay Android Support Team,
We have recently discovered a serious problem with image display in eBay mobile application both on Android/Galaxy and iPhone platforms.
eBay mobile application replaces white background for products display with a colored background, everywhere where images are displayed (listing views, image views, thumbnails, etc.) The background color seems to be based on colors found in the product's image.
In our case, since our products are our own works of art - original paintings and/or fine art prints - eBay's application completely distorts the presentation of the items we sell which confuses and misleads potential buyers.
All views of our items on ebay.com, in any browser (both on mobile and desktop) are presented correctly, as intended, with white background. We ask that all our images appear the same in the eBay mobile application.
