Problem with ebay app

Hi I've been locked out my ebay app for about 5 days it says I need to up date done all updates on phone and app and it still won't let me open the app up I'm using a galaxy s8+ I had no problem with it before If you can give me any advice would be great thanks

Instructions here: How to update your eBay app

- Requires Android 10 or later
- Requires iOS 17 or later, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you have iOS 15 or Android 9 and cannot update to a compatible OS, you can still access eBay from a web browser on your device, and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

According to a post on the UK community boards, the latest version of the eBay app requires Android 10 or later, or iOS 17 or later.

If you cannot upgrade your operating system or find an older version of the app that works with your current operating system, you should still be able to use a browser to go to ebay.co.uk instead.

If eBay browser links are opening in the Android version of the app automatically, you can disable that by going to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default: Opens supported links and choosing "Don't open in the app". iOS users can tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "Don't open in the app".
