So there was a point when I didn't have any problems printing wirelessly from my iPhone or iPad, but recently every time I try to print an ebay shipping label from my phone or iPad the barcode area doesn't print properly and it's just a block of grey, I can also tell that the resolution is much lower than usual. This only happens when printing ebay labels from my iphone or iPad. I don't have this problem printing from my laptop. I actually bought another printer, thinking, it was the printer but nope, it wasn’t . Can anyone provide some tips on how I may resolve this issue? Thank you

If you email the label to yourself and print it does it also have the grey block?

Having same problem with iPhone 6s printing wirelessly. Barcode is either solid black or grey or very light. Rest of label fine. I’ll try email to myself.

any other solutions?

My wife and I both use iPhones and iPads and have recently had this problem occur as well. We use the webpage, not the app, for creating our shipping labels.

I’m not sure if emailing the label to myself would work, I don’t think we’ve tried that yet. However using the iOS print feature to view and save a pdf version to my Google Drive and then using Google Cloud Print to send the file to my internet-attached printer through the cloud has been working.

Directly printing from my cloud drive app to the printer through the standard iOS AirPrint messes up the barcode areas just like printing directly from the eBay webpage; so does emailing the iOS-created pdf directly to the printer’s Internet e-mail address. There appears to be a problem with the way AirPrint interprets the barcode graphics embedded within the label sheet. I don’t have Android devices so I don’t know if any similar problems occur on those.

I have been having this issue for weeks now. They look weird. Although I have recently discovered that if I email the label directly to my printer it comes out fine!?!?

I’ve also experienced this on my phone - i have to email the label also, but it’s a clunky, inconvenient solution.

same issue here. Is ebay working on a solution for this? My post office isn’t accepting my packages anymore because of this issue.

Same Problem here. If I try to print with color on, the label comes out in yellow, red, and blue. I print from an iPhone 7 Plus. This started for me probably in the last two months or so. When I print wireless from the laptop, there is no issues at all.

I have the exact same problem. It doesn’t matter if I use the eBay app or open it in a browser the bar code is not right. Post office gives me grief. If I use my laptop to print no problem.

Did you ever get a fix? I am having the same printing issue. Supposedly eBay has sent my issue to the IT department. I have an iPad and IPhone SE. neither will print correctly.
