Printing label in middle of page iOS

App updated and stopped printing 2 per page. Now it prints directly in the middle of page and I am using the peel sticker 2 per page sheets. There’s no printer settings on app to change. Any ideas anyone?

Can you log into a desktop browser and check the label settings there if you change the size it will change it on the app as well.

I have been experiencing the same thing since the last update as well.  Printing from the computer gives you options, but not from mobile IOS.  Very frustrating since it so conveniently printed before.  Now I have no choice but to print from my computer since the labels I purchase are 8.5 by 11 and are split halfway through the page.

If you change the default size on the website the app should pick that up as a new default too.

Went to Pirate Ship and printed a practice shipping label on a 2 peel and stick label page and worked great so this leads me to believe it is an ebay problem

It doesn't seem to bring the size change over to the app.  I have tried to "change" the print size on my laptop but it hasn't made the change on my app to not print in the center of the page.

Hello-

The issue of printing a shipping label from the app and having it print in the CENTER of the piece of paper or sheet of labels started happening again yesterday.

Whatever eBay did to fix it before (back on 9/10) needs to be looked into again because something must have been updated or changed to make it go back to printing labels in the center of the page again.

I checked on my laptop and the default setting to print on half sheets is correct---so as noted above in the prior conversation this has been checked on again already.

Same thing happening over here. I updated my app yesterday and now labels are printing in the middle of my page when I wirelessly print from the app on my phone.  Super frustrating that I wasted sheets of labels and that I have to get my laptop out to print now.
