Hell, I've never had issues printing through the app. Suddenly the print button will not respond/print a label. I get all the way through the process to find I cannot print it. I have to go to a browser and reprint label. Is there a bug or is it o my...

Hi there! A buyer requested that I do not ship the item yet as they will be away until 9/25. I have no problem doing this but don’t want the late shipping ding on my record. Is there a way to accommodate this without the ding to me?
