Printing label in middle of page iOS

App updated and stopped printing 2 per page. Now it prints directly in the middle of page and I am using the peel sticker 2 per page sheets. There’s no printer settings on app to change. Any ideas anyone?

Not only is it printing incorrectly from mobile, I am unable to change settings from desktop as well! Please fix

eBay, PLEASE FIX. This is a very irritating issue that started causing me fits on Friday. Yes, I can print from my laptop to my label pages (and I see the option to change it there..) but it does not carry over to mobile. It’s very wasteful on paper to have the label print in the middle and adds a lot of extra time all the way around. I print several labels daily and this is slowing that process tremendously. Help!!!!!!!!

Yes-it started happening to me on 10/2/20. Format is correct on desktop, but printing from app puts label in middle of page. Please fix this!!!

PLEASE HELP US! I only have label paper and its split half way because its two labels per PAGE! We are wasting SO MUCH PAPER and MONEY! We are trying not to be wasteful but eBay is forcing us to use way more paper and produce way more trash than we should be! Help US Help the Environment! Fix this!

eBay- please correct this issue as many are affected by it! It’s a costly price for each seller to now take & not necessary as it was perfectly fine before in the APP!!!! 🆘

I use an Android tablet and now it only prints the whole page, not the top half. They seriously need to fix this.

Hello-

I am not sure why eBay isn't responding to our fix request.

This is the second time since the beginning of Sept that this same issue has come up. 

It was resolved for a short time and then started up again.

I am hoping that eBay will notice all of our posts and resolve this issue again for us.

But more importantly--- some sort of resolution to the issue since it seems as if the past two updates have caused some type of printing glitch for all of us.

This started to happen to me last week, and is very frustrating.  At the same time I started to receive emails stating 'your ebay label is ready'.  When I try to print from this email, the label is printed too small.  Please fix this or offer support on a work around.

It doesn’t change, my website is set to print 2 and it does. Just the app won’t andthey are smaller now and no place to make a change. Any other ideas?
