Printing Label no longer sideways

Label was usually sideways so i can print 2 labels on 1 sheet of paper now its  centered in the middle?

When you go to the actual print label change your landscape/rotation.

That is where I find the ways to change mine.

My iPhone is doing this too and I haven’t changed any settings. I can turn the print job on my computer, but I like using my iPhone because the app is fast and handy. I’ve found no setting options to correct this.

Me too! I had to go into the label size settings on my desktop to change it but only could when buying a new label (which took me a minute to figure out as I had already purchased several shipping labels from my phone.) I couldn’t change the size to reprint. I also mainly use my phone app for everything I do. Please fix this. It would be nice to have the Sellers Hub Options in the app...

Same problem! We are wasting labels as well.  We have resorted to cutting the label out of Avery 5126 Laser Internet 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 -2 Labels per Avery Sheet. We have resized and rotated only to have the Bar Code now in the separation of the two labels. eBay you need to get this fixed!

I’m in the same boat... using my computer, I still get the horizontally printed label with the receipt at the bottom. But, using my iPhone, which is usually far more convenient for me, I get a single vertical label centered in the page.

Obviously, something was changed. I would think that 3 weeks would be enough time to at least formulate a response or to give a time frame. Any update?

YES! SAME problem, I am only able to print from my iPhone at my office and it JUST changed to not being able to print horizontal.  I would love to get it fixed.

I’m getting one big label that takes up the whole page. The information portion is missing and it won’t print out in a normal size.

It’s super frustrating. It was working great before and someone you mucked it up. Please fix so it’s sideways again

Very frustrating experience. Can’t use my laser pre-cut label sheets and have to cut with scissors and tape. Please FIX THIS NOW!!!  It was working fine before and you messed it up EBay.
