Print shipping label fails on iOS app.

Regarding item 333281331265

The iOS app thinks it is an international address and says that printing international shipping labels isn’t possible. It’s a Kentucky address. I know some folks think KY is a foreign country, but last I checked, in fact, it isn’t. 😄

So I printed a label from the web version on my phone. It worked.

Thanks for contacting us. The apps do not currently support the GSP label printing. This is being looked into for the future.

Same thing happened to me. When I took it to the post office to ship they told me that location in KY was Ebay Int’l shipping hub. They were surprised I couldn’t print the label at home as I always do. Now I know how. Thanks!!

Same. Paid for label through Pay Pal for the discount then label would not show through app. Customer Service had to email since classic site kept switching back to mobile version. Please update app for iOS shipping labels. Thank you.
