Print issues and shuffled shipping dimensions

In the last 3 days when I go to print a shipping label from my phone it no longer prints in the right format for my printer set up. I print on 8.5 x 11 paper with 2 shipping labels per page. Printing used to default to this style. Now it is a vertical label that prints i. The center of the page. I have to go to my email notification and reprint the label.   The reprint pulls up the label in the proper format for my printer. Please help me correct this.

Its wasting my time and labels. 

I have also noticed that when I confirm the dimensions of my shipping information. The height Length & width are now the reverse of the way they were entered with the largest dimensions now appearing last in the width field like someone defaulted the fields to sort numerical lowest first in the update.

Hello! I too have had this issue since Oct. 1st. I have had ebays customer service call me every single day as we no longer can call their customer service and reach anyone. Each time I have explained to the customer service rep and they say they will put in a ticket but each one has said, "no one else has reported this problem." I find that not to be true, I cannot be the ONLY one. What I have been doing since my labels keep getting cut off is to print the label on a piece of computer paper, hand cut it out and tape the thing on my bubble mailers. This is very time consuming but I'm not sure what else to do.  I have explained to each of them this is an EBAY issue, not a printer or printing issue.
