Posting pics from an android and iPhone

I have been trying to get another device added to my account so my mom can upload photos from her iPhone directly to a listing, however this is my account and my Android phone automatically connects each time. How can I get her iPhone to do the same. When I go to add device there is nothing there... What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do so that we can both list at the same time? I've tried so many different things and nothing works

One of you will need to sign in to your account using the eBay app on your mother's phone.

The android and IOS apps are different.

She needs the IOS app on her Iphone

Yeah that's what we thought and that doesn't work. When she clicks on upload photos from the mobile, It still ends up sending the message to my phone... It seems like it should be so easy 🤷🏼‍♀️

She has it. The message still comes to my phone to add photos. So weird!

Sounds like your mom is going through the listing form on the website and clicking the link to upload photos from mobile, which sends an easy access link to the phone number on the account.

Instead, tell your mom to open the draft within the app and add photos from there.
