Possible Fraud

I have recently purchased a pair of shoes and they are showing delivered to Long Island New York & I live in Odenville Alabama. Have tried contacting seller but they have messaging turned off. My local post office show that the tracking number was issued is labeled with address to Astoria New York . Was hoping that you could let me know how to handle this .

get it in writing from the PO it was not delivered to you: Make sure what address you have on your account.

Oh and this will not work it it was changed after the purchase.

You need to file an item not received with proof it was not delivered to you:

Normally the seller just enters tracking on such, since it is not you zip code this in theory should find in your favor and return.

 This in theory part is why you will need the proof from the shipper.  You may need to appeal the case if it is found  agaist you.
