Has anyone else noticed a difference in photograph quality between the desktop site and the mobile app? Photographs that are clear on the desktop site are horribly blurry on the mobile app. I notice this quality discrepancy on all the listings I search and look at, including my own. I've had buyers ask questions about my clothes because they can't read the tag on mobile, but they can on the desktop photo. Is this a known issue or is there a reason for this?

Are these photos from the same source? I mean these photos you uploaded on both mobile app and desktop browser.

I upload my photos on the web listing page, but when that listing is viewed on mobile the quality is worse.

Can you please share one of your listings where you are seeing this image difference. Which mobile device are you looking at the listings with?

I notice it every listing I look at, but here is an example:

On the web, looking at the first photo, I can zoom in and see each of the embroidered logos in clear, crisp resolution and detail.
On mobile, the same photo is blurry. It looks like its buffering, but never comes into full focus. I'll attach a screen shot from my phone showing how these photos look on mobile:
Both of these screenshots are from the official eBay iOS app.

@topqualityclothes a while back users had this issue when sellers saw their item and it looked fuzzy. I noticed that its something that only affects IOS users. I viewed your listing on my android phone (Pixel 5 running android 11) and don't have an issue with it. I would also see what resolution the image is being uploaded in.
