Pictures and buttons not showing in app since update

On myipad, When I open an item, the photos show up for a second, then disappear, and there is no price,  or purchase buttons showing. 
If I click on the ‘buying options’ button, a message saying “Item won’t be sent to United Kingdom” appears on any item I view, even though they show up correctly on my iPhone.
I can’t add screenshots to this post either, which isn’t helpful! 
Any ideas?

Have you done basic troubleshooting including deleting the app, restarting your iPad, then re-installing the app? Also making sure your iOS is up to date? If not, start there then come back and let us know if it's still giving you problems.

What operating system version number are you using? What version of the eBay app?

Are you able to view items and bid or buy if you use a browser instead of the app?
