Picture Formating Help Please

hi all
finally getting to use the multiphoto upload, but
my pictures are having to be rotated 3x.
i use the 1x1 format and i shoot with my phone
verticle, the natural position.
is there something i should be doing different?
its making me have to do 3 clicks again just to

get the picture correct, ugh - help!

We are unable to get the same problem to happen when trying here. Do you have more details on how you are taking the photos is your phone landscape (sideways) or portrait when you use the 1x1.
