Having the same issue, but used to not. Have had a samsung auto upgrade recently, so wondering if that changed anything. I am using a usb cord to my PC and downloading pix all at one time. Not efficient but only work around I have currently. Even had our IT guy take a look yesterday as we kept having login issues, listing issues. We have given up on using firefox - even deleted and reloaded to no avail. We use mobile iron and he thinks that is causing some issues. Except we were using it before also with no issues.
