Phone app not staying logged in

Ever since I updated the eBay app on my phone, it doesn’t stay logged into my account. Every time I open the app I have to log in again. Previously it would stay logged in for months, years without me needing to log in again. Kind of problematic because I’m not getting notifications when things sell because I’m not logged in. Anyone encountered this or know the fix? I have an iPhone if that matters. I’ve already tried deleting the app then restarting my phone then reinstalling the app. Thanks!

I'm having similar trouble, only on Android phone. Latest everything, nothing helps. I can sometimes click the Back button and try again, and it will let me proceed without making me log in. But things like completing a refund request, or reading an ebay message, or using the Community boards will make me log in every time I click on ANY action (reply, see details, etc). No one seems to care.

What version number of the app do you have?

Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device and then reinstalling the eBay app.
