I sold a silicone baby doll and many accessories and outfits, I sold it on the 15th. It said the payment would be available on the 25th. Now it’s just telling me it’ll be available in PayPal in 24hours.. I don’t have a PayPal and it’s been 3 days since the 25th. When and how will I get paid???

How were you paid? What is the "It" that told you you were paid?

eBay told me I would be paid in 24 hours but it never said how. And it’s been saying it for days

As a new seller, you could be under the 21-day hold that eBay imposes. That's my guess, anyway...
