It won’t let me pay my fee for the last two months and my recipients have received there items but I haven’t been paid for them, why is this such a problem? Last year I ordered about 50 items and paid for all of them but only received 26 out of the 50 items this app really sucks right now I’ve lost a good bit of $ on here between selling and buying. I’m bout ready to retain legal defense and handle this a different way because there no way to get help with these situations.

We are buyers and sellers so can not see why you can't pay your fees. As far as not receiving items, you should do some reading in the help guide that covers what to do your items do not come. You need to file item not received 24 hours after the last received by date shown when you look at the listing. If you are having issues with your account try sending a PM on the eBay business page on Facebook.
