It’s telling me to update my account and I have updated it twice and it still is telling me I need to update it what’s the problem?

Reply to the ebay message that is telling you that. State that you have tried numerous times and need to know the 'exact' reason it is not going through. I can tell you the following:

Name on ebay account and Checking Acct. needs to match 'exactly'... including middle initials etc.
