POSTAGE PRICES!! MAJOR ISSUES

Can any one help there is an issue on the app with postage prices. On Monday a 2nd class large letter was £0.88p last night & today it’s £28.55?? What the hell is going on?? I can’t list any more items if I can’t get the postage correct! URGENT HELP NEEDED
