‘Order not found’ - can’t retrieve order details

Hi,

for a recent purchase when I click ‘see order details’ I get the message ‘order not found - there’s been an error retrieving your order’

ive tried multiple times - definitely not an internet or account issue as I can use the app and see other orders fine - but can’t see the order details for this one item in the iOS app

Are you going to your purchases list in the app or tapping a button you getting an email?

I’m having the same issue on iOS. I can’t load them on PC either. I have two orders that haven’t arrived and I’m trying to follow them up.

Hey @lovesoulpeace! Are you only running into issues with the app or your account in general, no matter the device?

What type of error are you getting?

What steps are you taking to get the error?

Any trouble shooting you've already tried?

Hi,

I’m having the same issue. The item I ordered needs to be returned but, I am unable to see it in my purchase history  or when I search using the order number. I’ve also used the view my order button in my confirmation e-mail but, get the message error retrieving order - order not found.

Can someone from Ebay please help me return this item so, I can get a refund?

I still am receiving this error on iOS running the latest iOS and eBay app. Signed and out deleted the app and reinstalled nothing fixes the issue when I try to lookup order details for a buyer on my phone just "there nothing to show here error". 

This is been going on for at least a month now and killing productivity since we really use the app a lot to help with customer inquiries on their orders.

I have the same issue… But I can see most of my orders, just one is not working. Of course it’s a authentic guarantee for a basketball card and I can’t see any updates on that order! 😳

Fortunately I can see it when I login with a browser...must be an iOS issue.

I deleted the app and opened in the browser. Now it's showing.
