Hello,
When I try to sell items on ebay, there only appears to ask my paypal account. But we don’t have paypal in Turkey. I need to submit my bank account to receive the money from buyers. Please support.

You cannot sell on ebay.com without a paypal account. Try some of ebay's European sites where bank transfers are allowed.
