Older versions of this app no longer work? So I have 2 choices, risk throwing all my personal info online and sign in via a web browser, or spend ££’s upgrading my Apple phone for one with an OS of 13 or higher with ££’s I can ill afford to spend? 

I have used Ebay for years, and the previous app with Zero issues, but now I’m forced in a corner. Disgusted, as Ebay are fully aware millions of users do not have OS 13 or above and would rather upgrade their phones than risk putting sensitive data online.

To ban all previous versions and make this version the ‘One and Only’, tells me there’s more to this update than meets the eye. Apple sales are gonna increase thanks to this version and Ebays decision to ban all previous versions?

Your sensitive data is not online.     It is encrypted and than placed in a special server that has no internet connections coming in.

The only thing that is on line is the last 3 or 4  numbers of your bank account or personal info.

You  will have to upgrade your phone as Apple and other companies will no longer be supporting lower versions.
