Well, here we go AGAIN! Another day MORE CONSTANT eBay Problems from their BROKEN site! Offers to watchers NOT working or did I just hit the Lottery and I'm the ONLY one?????? My phone app showed NO offers to send to buyers ALL day but when I go on my PC there they are - so of Course I try sending them and it WON'T let me send them they just Disappear! Thanks SOOOO MUCH eBay I REALLY appreciate it!

I just sent like 10 of them in the last hour. Maybe there's an update going on or something or it could be on your end, but I had zero problems.
ETA: That was on the PC. I see I have 2 more now, showing the same on both phone & PC. I'll try sending these on my phone. I'll post if they don't work, but I expect them to work fine.
ETA2 - sending worked fine on my phone too. I also know that my numbers matched up all day b/c I had looked from my phone earlier, before I sent the first 10. Maybe try a different browser? I'm on Chrome & all is working as expected.

Ebay is rolling out updates all the time, but Thursday is their main updating day, so we tend to see more glitches on Thursdays.
Like I said, I have sent 12 in the past hour, in 2 different sets, 1 on PC & 1 on phone & everything is working perfectly for me, so I might try a different browser if I were you. Also, do you regularly send out offers? I ask b/c you using the word "disappear", that's what happens, after you send an offer, it disappears from the list, so just making sure that's not what you're talking about? I haven't seen any other posts from people having problems, so I don't think it's a widespread issue.

There was a several day period where the offers only let you send % off. The toggle between price and % would not let you add any value to the price so you were forced to use the % off. But it works as of Monday or Tuesday for me.

I've been selling on here for over 27 years - I've sent 10's of Thousands of offers so YES, I send them at least EVERY hour until the past 24 - 48 hours because they DON'T show up on my phone - and Again, when I try sending them on my PC they Don't work either they just disappear! So, I got that going for me!

Please checkout who you're replying too. I've been on here for over 27 years I know EXACTLY how offers to watcher's work. When I try to send them on my PC it won't let me put in any numbers, so I reload the page to try again, and they just disappear. I don't know how else I can Dumb this down for people to understand??

Quit yelling at me, since I'm trying to help you & your tone is impolite. I did check & I figured you had, but there's no way for me to actually know for certain without asking you. I've been here for 29 years & I do not have ESP, so without asking there's no way for me to be 100% certain. Diagnostics 101.
Additionally, there are multiple ways to navigate to virtually every eBay feature & you have given no indication of how/where you navigated to this one. Your phrase "it won't let me put in any numbers" tells me you're not navigating via SH>Active> filter Send Offers Eligible. I send out hundreds of offers a week, I've never once "put in any numbers", so IDK where you're doing it from.
I have more offers I can send now. If you want to share EXACTLY how you've navigated & EXACTLY what screen you're using (screen shot preferred), I'll be happy to try it myself, but I've never done SIO's where I enter in a number, so IDK where you're doing it from. If you don't wish to, I can tell you that I checked the Tech Issues board, I know there are no other recent complaints & that tells me this is not a widespread problem (IT person for 40+ years, expert in diagnostics), it may well be that you're using a navigation that's not commonly used. If you don't want to share that, I can't help & would only reccomend trying a different browser, as browser updates can cause problems with screens. But there is not a widespread problem at this time, that much is clear.

@niqus I know you're frustrated but the folks here really are the best. They can't know unless they ask you..
Please cut them a little slack..
You would be surprised how many people come here that have been selling for a LONG time and still don't understand certain things.

It also occurred to me that by "numbers" I assumed the OP was talking about item numbers. Maybe they mean prices? Again, I think we'll need a screen shot. Too many variables at play here.

Some sellers reported this week that eligible offers are not showing up under "tasks" on their app selling screen, but offers are coming and going from the "opportunities" section underneath. I'm still seeing them under "tasks".
That said, if you click on active listings, do you see the actions button at the top, and does anything appear after you select send offers?
As for the web, the first thing I'd try if you haven't already is a computer reboot. I've seen funky stuff like that clear up with a simple reboot.
If you already tried that, or if you try it and it doesn't work, come back with more info.
For example, "it won't let me put in any numbers," means what, exactly? The box is grayed out and you cannot click on the text box to enter numbers? The box is white, but you click and the cursor does not activate? You get the cursor to activate, but when you type no numbers appear?

You're beyond Hope. I can't explain it to you any clearer. On the PC you go to what's called "Seller Hub" Then you go to what's called "Tasks" and under Tasks you go to what's called 'Listings eligible to send offers" then what a normal person does is click on that link to send those offers. When they come up it gives me grayed out boxes so I CAN'T send any amount - percent or actual amount which must be at least 5% off - since it's grayed out, I reload the page to try to get it to work and the offers that where there to send have now vanished into thin air like pixie dust. NO need to reply since you can't understand what I'm saying. Just pass it on to an IE since everybody that replies on here is an eBay employee!

None of these people work for eBay, NONE. They are trying to help you find a work a round for the thing eBay broke. A way to make it work until it gets fixed.
If you cared to READ the suggestions rather than rant & rage at people, you might find a fix or at least a temporary usable solution. A bunch of people have the issue and have found a way to work it until eBay fixes it.
But hey, you do you..
Try reading WastingTime's post above, you might find a fix or don't /shrugs whatever..

It's interesting that you don't understand that there are easily 10 screens one can do this from & that's JUST on the PC. It's interesting that you don't understand that eBay is a HIGHLY customizable application & yet I'm the one who's "beyond hope" 🤣. I'm in SH all day, every day. I do not use "Tasks", I don't have anything called "Tasks" on my screen, most likely, I customized my screen to not have it. Every person navigates a completely different way! Therefore there is no such thing as "normal person does". Everyone does it differently, when you add navigation into they myraid of screens you can do it from, you wind up with literally hundreds of options. Obviously you don't understand how software design works. I do, as I did it for most of my life. I asked for a screen shot, you did not provide it.
However, none of it matters, as I will not stand to be insulted when I am taking MY TIME to assist you. I am NOT an eBay employee & neither is anyone else here except for the few who are labeled as Ebay in their user names. I am a seller, just like you. There is no one for me to report it to, since I'm not an employee. It's VERY clear that this is not a widespread issue, good luck diagnosing it. Your abusive, sarcastic replies are unwelcome & unnecessary & I'm unwilling to be subjected to abuse when attempting to help you. Most people say "thank you" when another seller, takes their time & effort to help solve a problem.
