Problem: number pad in app not working, such as entering bid or counter offer. Problem only on app, not on browser.
Began: 5/1/2020, persists today (5/2/2020).
What I did:
• restarted phone (brand new, iPhone SE, version iOS 13.4)
• deleted/reinstalled eBay app
• signed out/in of eBay
• Reported to eBay customer service via chat.

Thanks for reporting this. Do you happen to have any iOS accessibility settings turned on? We are trying to figure this one out.
