Notifications

I’ve turned off everything I can find regarding turning off notifications in the APP yet I continue to get notifications.

I DON’T WANT NOTIFICATIONS!!

I DON’T  WANT  TO  SEE  THE  EBAY  APP  ICON  WITH  A  RED  NUMBER  IN  IT!!

Next step is to delete the APP. 

Is there some “secret” way to turn off notifications completely?

You do not get the notifications on the lock screen but your app icon keeps getting the red badge?
