Lately items to ship notifications do not change. If the notifications say I have 7 items to ship it’s actually 3. Never goes to zero. It stays at 4.

Random thought... do you have any 'Paid and Shipped' that were multiple purchases? Are orders waiting for you to add a duplicate tracking number, possibly?
