Notifications not arriving

Since the last app update, Outbid push notifications are not arriving. 

Yes, I've ran the notifications diagnostic tool and all the battery-related settings are set to avoid any power saving or sleeping. 

I do not have every single notification enabled because I simply dont want recommendations & offers. 

Email notification arrives (those are pointless of course). It is Push that fails. 

App version 6.51.0.2

Android 12

Additionally, the "got away" notification for a non-winning bid has also vanished.

Hi @bigfoot9999! Would you mind trying again and if you get the same outcome, follow-up with what you were expecting to get an outbid notification for (including a time estimate)? The mobile team wants to check things out on the back end. Thanks!

The outbid notification arrived today, but was severely delayed.

I received an email alert of the outbid at 1:21PM. My phone did nothing. It should alert and receive notification even when it's not actively in-use and screen is off. I even turned on screen, unlocked it, and yet still a notification did not arrive.

The first screenshot of "recent notifications" shows nothing from eBay. I even opened the ebay app and it still didn't trigger one.

Then finally, over 3 minutes later, the push notification of the outbid arrived.

No, I did not update to the latest app release. Why should I? Nothing mentioned in the release notes pertaining to bug fixes.
