Notifications On iphone 13 Pro Max not working

Hello!

I have a iphone 13 pro max. I never get notifications. i always see the red dot on the app and thats when i open and see offers on the app with no notification. The cha ching sound also does not come. At times it will show that the item sold in a banner but no noise at all.Anyone know how to fix? ive tried

- reinsall

-siging in and out 

-checked all notification setting and they are good

-app is updated to newest one

So with no replies, I assume this glitch is permanent if you have a iPhone 13?

Yup looks like we are screwed. iPhone 13 pro max no cha Ching. Not good. ;-(

Were you able to fix this issue?  I recently got the iPhone 13 and noticed the same thing.  I do noticed that the counter offers are coming in but none of the initial offers.  I hope ebay fixes this problem eventually.

Any joy with this? I get double kerchings on sales, but nothing for offers? I've checked my notifications and all are set to on, is there a fix?
