There was an estimated delivery date in the listing.
If/when your items had not been received by a few days past that date, you had 30 days to open an item not received case in the Resolution Center.
If that deadline has expired, Paypal gives you 180 days to open an item not received case.
ALL eBay buyers need to read the Money Back Guarantee. It's present in every listing and it explains how eBay offers protection for buyers if/when a transaction goes wrong. The catch is that you, the buyer, need to know about it and to follow directions to use it.
This could have been a much simpler situation if you had done some reading.
