Hi,
after the latest updates in the app, it it not possible to add a tracking number to an already shipped item.
Also when broowsing the SOLD items if you click on the sold item you do not see the sale case but the item listing instead... Also in the list of sold items you cannot see the shipping price that the buyer has paid...
Who the hell decided that changes has to be made there... These are basic functionalities missing now...
The previous type of dicplaying the list of sold items was much much better and working OK!

I totally agree. You cannot contact buyer or even track item from sold list . Or see transaction details. Instead like you said it takes you to the listing.
Also you can see unanswered message tab but there's no way to respond unless you go to messages.
The only way I could see these options that are now missing is if a customer who purchased something wrote me. Then in the message I see view details. But that's too much to go thru. And so many of my customers have no communication with me so if they don't then there's no other way to view transaction details.
Please leave well enough alone ebay!

Yes...I agree! Very frustrated... cannot even view on the app the buyers name and address. Please change it back to the way it was!!

When you create label in app and use send label option it is sending a blank page. It's occurred to me twice since latest update.

Where do I scan tracking barcode?
When I tap "Mark as shipped", it is gone to shipped list directly.
International sellers even can't access to "Create shipping label".
Now, I need to type every single tracking number on the web.

How are you suppose to track your packages in the app?! There is no option to do so. Or am I missing something? Right now the only functionality I use the app for is notifications of my sales and messaging. Nothing else is right anymore. Please fix. Why would you take away the ability to track shipments from the app or see customer shipping info and instead add a how did this transaction go for items that have not even reached their destination yet? Then update the app today but don't fix?

Do you notice this is happening with all listings? Or listings with multiple quantities?

Hello thanks for response. I got it fixed. It WAS happening with all sold listings but was fixed when I totally uninstalled app and reinstalled. It went back to"normal" after that. The update before last caused some sort of glitch it seems.

It is very simple...if you click on to the item you just sold, the name and info of the person who just bought it is no longer there. Instead it goes to the active listing of the same item. Also, if you sold an item that you only had that single item listed...if you click on to see info after you printed the label...it will say "sorry this item did not sell". I would think that this should be pretty easy to fix on the Android app. I do all my selling and buying on my phone. I do hope it will get fixed soon. Thanks for looking into this.

Definitely the multi-quanity ones (which is what I mostly sell) But also the single quantity will state "Sorry this item didn't sell" after it has sold and it will list the end date like the end of April or May! That glitch doesn't make any sense at all. Thanks again for looking into it!!
