I have tried multiple times to respond to two different customers today and all but one message has been delivered. This is extremely frustrating when you have a potential customer who wants to purchase an item(s) and the sale can’t be made because the customer has not received a timely response regarding the item(s).
FIX this problem ASAP!!

How are you contacting your customers? Are you sending them a note from a sold item? Or are you replying to a message in the inbox? Do they show up in your sent folder?
