Not able to make bids

Hello! I just updated my iPhone to 11Pro Max. I’ve been using eBay for years. I never had an issue with the app before. Not sure if it’s the new iPhone or what? My issue is I’m not able to ‘bid’ on items on eBay. Nothing happens when I start typing in numbers?? I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled twice. Didn’t help. Can someone please help with this issue?

Can you please try the following

On your device go to

Settings>Accessibility>Keyboards>Full Keyboard Access

Turn that switch to off and let us know if that fixes the issue.
