No notifications when an item sells

I'm receiving no notification when an item sells. When I do the test notification through the eBay app it tells me that my notifications are turned off but they are not. I have two Android phones with the app loaded in each and I get notifications on neither. This is obviously an eBay / application issue when will you be fixing this? It has already cost me two sales because I didn't get notified and the customers canceled the sales after several days of not receiving their items. This is unacceptable.

Notifications have been borked for about 2 weeks.   Most fixed price are taking a couple of hours to arrive on Android (Galaxy S24 Ultra fully updated)  Messages through the app seem to be ok, but bids are also often delayed but not always.  Today I got no email notifications for messages despite getting them in the app.      It's frustrating because I have some of my inventory sitting in another location with someone who monitors what is being sold that they have and they call asking for a shipping label so they can ship it and I didn't even know I sold it.
