No network found error in the app

After a recent update of my OS on my Note 8 I noticed that the ebay up works when I boot my phone but after about 15 mins no matter what I do with it I get a spinning circle for a while, followed by "No network found". My other networking apps (email clients, web browsers etc) work just fine. 

Anybody knows how to fix this? I tried with clearing the app cache but no luck...

Thanks for reporting . We are looking into this.  Can you confirm if you were on Wifi or LTE when this issue was happening?

It happens no matter which wireless connection I have. It happens both on LTE and WiFi. It doesn't matter if I change from one to the other... Once the app "cannot connect to the network" only a reboot can help.

By the way, I did experiment a bit more. In some cases not even the reboot helps. I might reboot and immediately the app won't be able to connect. I cleared the cache of the app, nothing happened, then I cleared the cache partition of Android and also nothing happened... 😞

Oh, and one more thing! It seems like most (or all) notifications of the app to work however. So if I get a message or a notification that an auction for an item I am watching comes to an end, it does show up on my notification pane. But then when I try to open the app I get again the error...

I figured it out. Another app (mobile iron) had to be administrator app for the device and it was the one that was messing with ebay and a couple other apps. Once i installed it ebay app started working fine again.
