No internet connection

Trying revise item on ebay app on ios and its coming up with oops no internet even though internet is on and currently sending this msg from it . Please resolve

Are you joking . Reported this on the 12th its now 4 days on before you look at replying in which i just ended the item and sold it for free instead on gumtree . Absolute shocking website fix it or continue to loose customers
