No iOS 10 support??

I upgrade my iPad 2 iOS 9 for an iPad 3 iOS 10 so my bank and doctors app will work and now eBay and the weather channel both require iOS 12!?? Needing an iPad Air or above then what? iOS 13 ? Not a happy camper

If you have iOS 10 the App Store should allow you to install an older version of the app. Go to the App Store and then your purchased section and find ebay in the list.

Tried that but only have EBay v5.40.0 available in my purchased section which requires iOS 12 or greater!

Do you currently have the old app on the iPad? You might need to remove the app and then go through to check your purchases and download the version that is compatible with 10.
