No cha ching sound on 8 Plus?

I just got the iPhone 8 Plus and have noticed that there is no longer a cha ching sound when I get an offer or a sale like there was on my previous Android phone. I’ve looked everywhere within the app and in my phone settings and can’t see anywhere to change notification sounds, only an option to turn notifications on or off. Anyone have any idea how I can get my cha ching sound back?

Can you please sign out and sign back in and see if this returns the cha-chings. Are you getting the notifications and the sounds are missing or are you not getting the notifications?

Same here.  I have a iPhone X and the notification shows only if I open the eBay app to check. I never get a notification sound or a cha ching sound.

This has been an issue from ever since I had the iPhone X (It never worked)
