Unable to place bid on any item since latest app update on 5th Feb. Anyone else with same problem. Is it possible to uninstall the latest update?

Others seem to be having problems with the latest version of the eBay app.

If you are having trouble bidding, try using a mobile browser instead of the app.

I'm having the same problem.  

I called eBay support Saturday, February 6, 2021, and was told that they'd monitor my account to see if I was able to place any bids through the app.  The only bids I'm able to submit are through my phone's browser.  If I hear anything, I'll be sure to update this post.
