Items in watching list no longer in date or time order. Makes no difference whether you look at items on the main watch list or a specific category items do not appear in any order. Is the same on the ebay app on phone or tablet.

Try changing the sort order of your Watch List, and then change it back to your preferred order to see if that helps.
