New update won’t load

How do I update app…just seem to be going around in circles

According to a post on the UK community boards, the latest version of the eBay app requires Android 10 or later, or iOS 17 or later.

If you cannot upgrade your operating system or find an older version of the app that works with your current operating system, you should still be able to use a browser to go to ebay.co.uk instead.

If eBay browser links are opening in the Android version of the app automatically, you can disable that by going to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default: Opens supported links and choosing "Don't open in the app". iOS users can tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "Don't open in the app".

Have you tried turning your phone completely off?

'going around in circles'...I get that on some of my APPs on my phone.

I mean completely turning it off and shutting it down and then turning it back on.

Ebay App is number one usually as taking up most of your space on your phone.

Maybe deleting some other APPs might help as well.
