Anyone else having problems navigating the site? I spent 30 minutes trying to find the “leave feedback” box for my purchases. The option wasn’t listed anymore. Just track, contact seller, or report a problem. Why this change? I finally sent the seller a message telling her I loved my purchases, I didn’t want her thinking my lack of feedback was because I wasn’t happy. I always leave great feedback for the seller, even when it hasn’t been that great. The seller was greatly relieved to hear that I loved my stuff. Anyone else having navigation issues? The screen is now split in half, it’s not user friendly.

Complete waste of time “chatting” online with customer support. Save yourself from that time suck. I was given zero guidance on any of my issues with this new format. The person actually doubted my ability to leave feedback on a purchase. Why would I make that up and go through the trouble of reaching out to customer support? eBay needs to work on their customer service employees, they suck.

What page are you looking at?
I still see "Leave Feedback" links on items in my Purchase History that I have not left feedback for yet.
From your Summary page, there should be a link to items Awaiting Feedback at the top left:

Not sure what "screen split in half" refers to -- I am not seeing anything like that.
Perhaps try another browser.

Looking at the Purchase History in the eBay app (the latest Android version, not iOS), I can see that some items show "Track Package" or "Buy Similar", and others offer the options "Leave Feedback" or "Buy Similar". Presumably once tracking shows delivery, the "Track Package" will be replaced by "Leave Feedback" (though the tracking details are still available if you tap the item for the order details. Older items just show "Buy Similar" or just "Buy Again" if there is more than one.
Try swiping down from the top of the screen to reload the page to see if that changes any of the available options for you.
