Network not found error

I have 2 eBay accounts and can't log in. Keep getting a 'network not found' error.

All other apps are working with data and WiFi. 

No idea what to do. I've turned phone on and off, cleared cache, uninstalled app, reinstalled... Still the same

Any ideas?
